- Custom, personalized, or engraved products, unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect
- Items that have been heavily used, damaged, or altered after delivery
- Digital products or services that have already been activated, used, or delivered, unless required by law
If your CareTag has already been linked to a pet profile, we may ask you to deactivate or unlink it before processing a return.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible at support@caretags.pet with your order number and photos of the issue.
If the problem was caused by us, we will replace the item or issue a refund, and we will cover any required return shipping.

If the return is due to a CareTags error, defective product, or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping cost.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
