At CareTag, we understand that sometimes things don't work out as planned. That's why we offer a 30-day return policy for all unused and unopened CareTags purchased through our official website. This means you have 30 days after receiving your order to initiate a return for a full refund.

Conditions for Return:

  • Unused and Unopened: To be eligible for a return, your CareTag must be completely unused and unopened, with all original packaging intact.
  • Non-Activated: We cannot accept returns for activated CareTags. This is because activation signifies you've used the product and linked it to your pet's profile.
  • No Damage: The CareTag must be free of any damage or wear and tear.

How to Return:

  1. Contact Support: Within 30 days of receiving your order, email our support team at info@caretags.pet with your order number and tracking information.
  2. Verification: We will verify your information and send you detailed return instructions.
  3. Return Shipping: You are responsible for returning the CareTag securely and with a trackable shipping method.
  4. Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned ByteTag, we will initiate a full refund to your original payment method within 5 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
